Senator Nelson,

To-day is a memorable day "December 7 Th ! The day our enemies tried to annihilate our country with a sneak attack . That episode took place in 1941 . It seems that the representatives we sent to Washington are planning a similar sneak attack in 2009 . The Japs used bombs . Senator Reid , yourself and your co-hordes are using deception . At the end of the day your attacks will be more destructive .

The American people have demonstrated their objections to the OBAMA CARE legislation . The TEA PARTIES, the TOWN HALL MEETINGS, the MARCH ON WASHINGTON , all done within the spirit of 1776 . The Pelosi's , Reid's and their co-conspirators minimized the peoples offensive . America is not made up of "FOOL'S " , the "FOOL'S seem to be in Congress . Perhaps they are not fool's after all , just ENEMIES OF THE STATE.

25 million Americans are "UNEMPLOYED" . The number one (1) concern of all Americans is JOB CREATION . Not health care ! With out jobs the economy cannot be healed , and health care reform cannot be paid for . So far the administration has not done anything to help the American people to recover from the recession . More likely we seemed to be rushed into a depression by incompetent leadership . Increasing the deficits with spending for socialistic programs UNACCEPTABLE ! Redistributing the wealth in our country UNACCEPTABLE ! Tax increases of any kind are UNACCEPTABLE and DISASTROUS !

The President hosted a "JOB FAIR " in the White House . The most important people were not invited . The Chamber of Commerce left out ! Small business and their representative organizations left out ! The JOB KILLERS, not the JOB CREATORS were in attendance . ACORN ,the corrupt and disgraced community organizers were in attendance . Are they job creators ? The President and his advisers have no idea how jobs are created in the business community . No one in the White House has ever been employed in a real commercial job , or ever managed a company , not even a Dairy Queen .

Senator Nelson , we want you to become an American Hero . Abandon the Administrations failing policies . America will and must survive ! We must throw the BUMS OUT- AMERICAN STYLE . The BALLAD BOX , will be the start for the American people in 2010 , and in 2012 we will finish the job by voting out the politicians that work only in their self interest not what is best for AMERICA . Senator , stay on your present course , and you too will be celebrating your last X-Mas party in Washington come December 7 Th 2012

We are in receipt of your letter to the writer dated November 25, 2009

On November 22 ,2009 the DBSCPAC sent you a letter expressing our dissapointment with the vote to debate in the Senate . We were foolishly hoping that you would support your constituents request and vote NO. Your letter of November 25 , 2009 , does not address any part of our above referred to letter and really adds fuel to the fire . Senator Reid's entire bill is out of step with your constituents in Florida , as well as with the rest of the American people. The latest polls indicate that 58% of the American people are against the OBAMA CARE legislation . Our question is why do you support such an outlandish disruptive bill. It is obvious that Senator Reid will not be re-elected by the people in Nevada . It is beginning to look a lot that you will not be re-elected by the people in Florida .

In the second paragraph of your 11/25/09 correspondence you state that the CBO has estimated that Senators Reid's bill will save $130 billion over 10 years . The truth is that the CBO has estimated that Senator Reid's bill over a true 10 year period from 2014 to 2024 will cost in access of $2.5 trillion dollars, and based on past government experiences will be a lot more . The old adage is very much in play here, "GOVERNMENT IS NOT THE ANSWER , GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM ".

Having said the above , it must be noted that a public option is a public option no matter what Senator Reid wants to call it . Opting out for the States is not possible and represents a "SHAM" . If it walks like a duck and squawks like a duck it is a duck . Many of your fellow democrats in the Senate are also against the public option . We do agree that the system could use reform , but not a total overhaul . You speak of fairness and need to reform . Is it fair to have seniors sacrifice their health care foe which they have paid over the years , to give illegal immigrants a free ride and those welfare recipients that want a government hand out ?

Our final question to you is , if you and Senator Reid think that the Reid bill is so good for the American people , why do the Senators and Congressmen and staffers not become part of the program. If it is good enough for the people , than it should be good enough for those that introduced the legislation . We want to hear from you , and we want you to stick to the above discussion . Yes Senator , your future rest on how you conduct yourself with the above agenda . Your constituents in Florida await your response.

The vote to debate has passed, but watching the debate it is quite obvious that you might support the Obama Care legislation. The members of the Delray Beach Senior Citizens Political Action committee are prepared for the worst and will make sure to unseat those Senators that support the legislation. The American people according to the polls are 55% against the legislation. Only 35% are in favor . Below is a listing of government programs and their past successes.

U.S.Postal service established in 1775 had 234 years to get it right, BROKE
Social Security established in 1935, had 74 years to get it right, BROKE
Fannie Mae established in 1938, had 71 years to get it right, BROKE
War on Poverty established in 1964, 45 years later $ 1 Trillion spent,did not work BROKE the USA
Medicare/Medicaid established in 1965, had 44 years to get it right, BROKE
Freddie Mac established in 1970, had 39 years to get it right, BROKE
Tarp,Stimulus, Omnibus Appropriations act of 2009 . Acorn found a new source of revenue, the American Tax payer total FAILURE
Cash for Clunkers 2009, most of the sales were for Japanese cars, most of the money went out of the country.$3 Billion more added to the deficit. No help to GM or Chrysler

The government programs have produced a 100% failure rate. The unscrupulous politicians are trying to convince the American people that the government-run health care program is going to be a success, and that it will save us money and lower the deficit . This is the biggest Ponzi scheme of all times. The true 10 year program from 2014 to 2024 according to the CBO will cost $3 Trillion dollars. 20% of our entire economy will be involved. With all due respect . ARE YOU ALL CRAZY ?

The American people at the end of the day will come to their senses.60 Senators and 220 Congressmen will lose their political careers . America will survive a valuable lesson will have been taught . Inexperienced politicians must never again be allowed to go to Washington. November 2008 was an aberration. November 2010 will be the beginning of the rebirth of the American Dream. CHANGE OF PLANS FOR CONGRESS ON HEALTH CARE REFORM

Health care reform has now gone on for six month in the Congress , with Obama making over two hundred (200) speeches trying to sell the program to the American public . Pelosi , Waxman, Reid , Barney Frank just to mention a few have used every trick in the book to ram the legislation through Congress against the will of the American people. The "Tea Parties " , the "Town Hall Meetings " and the march on Washington , has demonstrated beyond any doubt that America is not buying into the Obama takeover of Health Care . However the American people are in agreement that there is a need to reform , not change the program entirely . 85% of the American people , according to the polls , are satisfied with their program . It is a known fact that America has the best Health Care program in the world . We also have the best medical care in the world . It is expensive so what is a healthy life worth ?

At the end of the day , we must get reform and we the people must challenge the people we send to Washington to do their job for the people, not the special interest groups . Tort reform is a must . We can no longer afford the medical malpractice suits that have become a treasure chest for hungry lawyers . The lawyers through their lobbies have stopped the tort reform to the point that it is not even mentioned by the legislators on the hill. The medical malpractice suits cost the nation over two hundred billion a year for law suits and defensive medical practices that are a must by the doctors in our system . Insurance policies are sky high , not because the insurers are trying to make huge profits , but because the lawyers are ever more creative in finding new ways to milk the health care providers in the U.S. . Obama is willing to upset the entire system including insurance providers in our country . In reality the Obama administration is trying to take over the insurance industry as another way to gain more power , and to redistribute the wealth of America .

While all of this maneuverings is going on , the public is winning the war of nerves that will bring the debate on Health Care to a stop . The number one problem that is never discussed , is THE GROWING UNEMPLOYMENT. Obama makes speeches all over the country telling the American people how many millions are without Health Care , yet not one speech on unemployment . Obama has not mentioned that unemployment has reached 17% in most sates and is still climbing . Obama and his administration are concerned about non existing climate warming , but no concern about the millions that have lost their jobs and continue to lose their jobs . Obama is constantly searching for more ways to tax and spend but jobs are not on his SCREEN .

The time has come to stop playing games . The time has come to realize that Obama the community organizer has no experience in how to get America back to work . Obama's only experience is in how to transform working America into a welfare state . Redistribution of the wealth does not create jobs, and does not cure an ailing economy . Even communist China has learned the lesson of capitalism. They are quickly becoming the super power that America was . And yes , Obama does not want to be a super power . That is the "CHANGE " he has brought to America . If we the people want to stop this farce that has been perpetrated on America , we must constantly and vehemently challenge our representatives in Washington . We must stop their corruption and stop them from enriching themselves at our expense .We are paying them to look out for our best interests , and that is not happening . Wake up America , we are being devoured by the left wingers and so called liberals . America and our Constitution are worth fighting for . Our former way of life is worth fighting for . The" American Dream " is worth fighting for ! Wake up America before it is too late !!

RPresident Obama wants all Americans to subscribe to his health care program,so that 47 million uninsured will not be left out . Obama states that a single-payer program will be best for all Americans.

Our leaders in Congress are the only ones empowered to reject or make it law. The existing health care program exclusively for members of Congress will remain as is , continuing to serve members , and former members, until their death without any changes .

It is only fair that the congressional health care program now in existence is eliminated at the same time as the Obama health care program is enacted. Our representatives in the House and Senate must be subject to the same plan as the rest of the nation , so that everyone can share in the improvements promised, or the shortfalls, if that becomes reality.

Dear President Obama,

I thank you for your response dated September 9 , 2009 , which was in response of my letter to you dated September 3, 2009.

In my letter of September 3 , this writer advised you that I am the Chairman of the Delray Beach Senior Citizens Political Action Committee , which has combined with the Boca Raton Senior Citizens Political Action Committee. As always our organizations respect the office of the President of the United States.

Having said the above, we have reviewed your answer to our letter of September 3 , 2009 . Our executive board voted to forward your response to all of our members. It is the consensus of our membership that you have NOT answered or responded to our correspondence . Your response indicates that you do not recognize any need to accept the criticism's of your constituents . Your response has made it quite clear that you are the President of special interest groups, but not the American people. To be absolutely blunt, your letter is a political boiler plated deception of the facts which falls far from the truth . This letter as well as your response will be shown on my BLOG.

Reasonable questions for unreasonable times , have not been answered by you . To demonstrate the deceptions in your response , we will dissect your statements in your response of September 9Th.

1. Your statement " I have called for health care reform-this year- that reduces costs, protects health care choices,and assures quality , affordable care for all Americans ".
The Truth: According to the CBO it will cost more than 1 1/2 Trillion Dollars . Not affordable for anyone. It will not protect choice because it forces everyone into government care (PUBLIC OPTION). Quality will suffer due to the huge addition of millions of people into the system, with no increases of doctors nor expansions of facilities . Countries (CANADA, ENGLAND ) that have adopted such a plan experienced deterioration in the care of it's citizens . 85% of the American people are very satisfied with their plan ,we have the best system in the world . It needs improvement but not a complete overhaul. With your proposal we will have less care at a greater cost . Senator Daschle during a TV interview on Bloomberg candidly advised that Seniors must expect less care so that younger Americans can have more care. Daschle was your first choice for Secretary of Health . The Daschle statement is considered a "DEATH WARRANT" for Seniors by Seniors .

2.Your Statement " I am committed to building a clean energy economy that creates millions of jobs , helps to achieve energy independence, and reduces pollution as we tackle the effects of global warming".
The Truth: The technology for so called clean energy has not been developed beyond the experimental stage. There is no industry as yet so there cannot be millions of jobs . We will not be energy independent for the foreseeable future for the above reason . Scientists , around the world state that there is no global warming. We are experiencing a global cooling period which is normal in the earth cycle (it happens every 40-50 years ). To be energy independent we must drill oil and gas and build nuclear reactors . That type of program will result in jobs and create wealth in our country . Instead of using our dollars to buy energy out of the country , we will keep the dollars, cut our imports, and stop rewarding our enemies.

3.Your statement " WE must secure our homeland against threats by preventing terrorist attacks and planning for responding soundly to emergencies ".
The Truth: Your waffling in the absurd CIA investigation, and then allowing Attorney General Holder to destroy the moral of the CIA , is not how we secure our homeland . It is questionable who the enemy is ? Holder,Pelosi, or you Mr. President . You are closing Guantanamo Bay without knowing what to do with terrorists . You have released the terrorist that was responsible for the bombing of the USS COLE and killed 17 U.S. Sailors. You have traveled the world apologizing for the United States which em bolds our enemies. Our country is less safe since you have been in office . You have destroyed or are in the process of destroying the safe guards of the last administration . America enjoyed 8 years without any attacks or loss of lives. The rest of the world was not that fortunate .

Your statement " Ultimately , the only way to solve the problem of our times is to involve all Americans in shaping the policies that effect our lives ".
The Truth : The American people have involved themselves in shaping the policies that effect their lives . The TEA PARTIES, THE TOWN HALL MEETINGS , THE MARCH ON WASHINGTON . The people have tried to speak to their elected officials. The politicians have rejected the peoples efforts to communicate . You have rejected the peoples efforts to communicate . Speaker Pelosi calls the people BROWN SHIRTS, AQA TURFERS, CRAZY RACISTS, among the many other adjectives. Mr. Axelrod, one of your chief advisers, mocked the Washington marchers as if they were uniformed baboons.

Having described the above, it is quite clear that your administration is disregarding the voice of the people. Your administrations action toward the American people is a contradiction to your last statement in your response of September 9 Th . 2010 is just around the corner. Each day the American people are getting more determined to have their elected officials understand that they work for the people that sent them to Washington . The American people do not work for the elected officials . 2010 is the moment of truth . Listening to the Washington marchers, the Town Hall and the Tea Party participants it becomes quite clear that America is totally different to-day than it was on November 4 Th 2008. Time is running out for you and your administration .

The main reason your approval rating are in a FREE FALL , is your continued pandering of SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS . The Unions that contributed so heavily toward your campaign are being paid back by your support of the "CARD CHECK". Your support for " PROTECTIONISM " disguised as job creation the Chinese tire tariff episode . Tire protectionism is a pay back to the UNITED STEEL WORKERS . Your sponsorship to Cap & Trade is a payoff to the ENVIRONMENTALISTS . The VAN JONES affair , a pandering to the MARXISTS. Your support and protection of ACORN , a corrupt community organization and fraudulent voter registrant . SEIU a partner to ACORN run by the brother of the head of ACORN, they have embezzled over one million dollars of tax payers money (they have not been brought to justice or even investigated ). Corruption on a massive scale is in progress . Corruption is costly, and is a major contributor to our deficits . America must select it's leaders much more carefully and only the best and most experienced should be allowed to serve . Most importantly we must must make sure that no one stays too long and the power players must be the AMERICAN PEOPLE ! Hopefully 2010 will bring that "CHANGE".

Our membership has concluded that you have done AMERICA a great service . Due to the events described above , the American electorate now understands that it takes experience to run the business of AMERICA. Ideas , no matter how Nobel , that belong to SPECIAL INT ERST GROUPS , become costly and self defeating if they do not serve the majority interest of the American people. The running of AMERICA is an all encompassing program, from Congress, to the White house and transcends all parties. We the AMERICAN people ultimately have the responsibility to rebuild our REPUBLIC in a business like fashion.

THE PEOPLES MARCH ON WASHINGTON SEPTEMBER 12 2009 WE WERE THERE

The day came and it happened just as it was predicted . The American people's march on Washington of September 12 Th was a success . "I CAN"T TAKE IT ANYMORE" , became the slogan in Washington and all over the country . Tens of thousands of people marched to the Capitol . The exact amount of the marchers present has not been disclosed . The marchers spread from the Washington monument to the Capitol . The distance is one (1) mile . The estimate of the crowds is upwards over 100,000 . I don't think that the Administration will allow the actual figure to be released . So what else is new !! Not to surprising is the fact that only FOX carried the program . All of the other stations showed Obama speaking at a Town Hall meeting in Minnesota which had 15,000 in attendance . No wonder that the major networks are losing out on their audiences .

All of the people that were interviewed throughout the day had one message . "The government is too large and is spending money which we don't have ". Everyone was concerned about their children and grand children having to carry the burden of the debt which has been ballooning for years , and now has exploded to unprecedented heights . The people that came from all over the country want to be heard by their Representatives in both Houses . The people want the politicians to abandon the pending spending bills ; reducing the deficit is the number one priority . The people at the various rallies all chanted that the " POLITICIANS WORK FOR US " . The marchers all chanted "IT'S OUR COUNTRY".

The American people had similar marches all over the country , but the message was always the same . "No More Spending ". They don't want the Obama health care program which the President outlined during his speech before a joint meeting of Congress . The marchers reject a shadow government with unelected Czars governing them .The people do not want the country to be turned into a socialistic country . The marchers carried signs that they do not want the Health Care program of Canada or England . The people want their Government back and demand less government interference. The September 12 Th participants insist to be governed as prescribed by the Constitution . The American people want to remain a REPUBLIC.

Many marchers were interviewed and the conversations were : I voted for Obama for "CHANGE" but I never got what I voted for . Reverend King had a DREAM , we got a NIGHTMARE . No more higher taxes . We have the best Health Care in the world. Improve it but don't change it . If the politicians don't listen to our views , we will vote them out of office . An elderly lady stated " I had a wonderful life in a wonderful country , but I fear that my children and grand children will not have it as good if they have to pay for the big deficits this administration is creating ". No need to apologize for America , we saved Europe and have helped the World over and over again .

It seems to me that the politicians should understand that the Obama , Pelosi , Reid Waxman , Barney Frank , Rangel days are over . The public has had enough of the leftist ideology . The many scandals now surfacing in the administration will bring changes and must be addressed NOW. ACORN is now under heavy scrutiny . The Van Jones firing , the CIA'S new investigation and the vilification of the Massachusetts's police department over the GATES affair are just the tip of the iceberg examples of the mismanagement of OBAMA and COMPANY . It took ten (10) month for the the former silent majority to become very vocal .

During the campaign Michele Obama said the following ; " This is the first time that I can be proud of my country" . The mainstream media made it politically incorrect to examine the statement to the fullest extend . I can now make a similar statement . The American public by their protests during the "TEA PARTIES" , "TOWN HALLS "and the "MARCH ON WASHINGTON " , HAVE MADE ME PROUD OF OUR COUNTRY AGAIN . Yes we have demonstrated to the world that the American spirit is still alive and well . The spirit of 1776 is still in the hearts of what was the "SILENT MAJORITY " . Together we will make it happen .

WHAT IS THE OBAMA MYTH ?

We are now entering the 10 Th month of the Obama Presidency and most of us still don't know how we got a President that so few people ever heard of . He has never done much on the political scene or in commerce . What we do know is he was able to defeat one of Americas most powerful political machines : The "CLINTON'S" . We do know that the main street media has made him their "DARLING " , and thus far he has been able to diffuse attacks from major newspapers , and the major networks on the TUBE. While this was all going on another phenomenon has developed in America.

The Cable network commentators became the leading critics of the Obama administration . The radio talk shows have accepted the peoples work as the "LOYAL OPPOSITION " . Not surprisingly the commentators , the cable networks and the talk radio stations have captured the listening audience of America . The liberal press and the major networks are losing the support of the American people . The result is that the newspaper industry is collapsing , and the major networks in the country are in fast decline . My observation is that the American people are disenchanted, scared and upset with the Obama programs , and the Pelosi and Reid arrogance . It is not the American way to have the Speaker of the house chant from her podium on national television "WE WON " . The Voters on election day wanted "Change " . But "CHANGE " is not a mandate to turn the country into a communistic , socialistic , progressive state . The Obama administration has absolutely misread the America electorate .

The Independents , the Seniors , and the very young first time voters were the believers in the effective campaign slogans "YES WE CAN" and "CHANGE" . The mainstream media had "BRAIN WASHED " the electorate for the last eight (8) years that America was heading into the wrong direction. When the economic world wide crisis took hold in the U.S. , unemployment soared , the stock market tanked , Senator Kennedy dumped the Clinton's , and Obama was a shoe- in . The events that created the turmoil also swept a majority of democrats into the house and eroded the entire majority in the Senate . The elitists had been on the side-lines for a long time . They were ready and they had a crisis . It is the mantra of the elitist to always take advantage of a crisis even if you have to create one. That is how the "OBAMA MYTH" became a reality .

Having said the above , what did the elitist left do with their new won victory and their eloquent popular President ? Obama started with a 72% approval rating in January of 2009 . As of this writing he has declined to a 41% approval rating and is still in a free fall . How did such a dramatic change take place ? What happened to the "MYTH" ? What happened to the core electorate that gave Obama his victory just 10 month ago . It is the sweeping legislative programs that increased the national debt beyond comprehension , and promised to be intrusive into the very lives of every American .

The rush to defection started when America saw "BIG BROTHER" from the Orwell book 1984 threatening to appear into their lives . It was the selection of radical Czars that have become Obama advisers . It was the Glenn Beck's showing how the Green -Jobs Czar Van Jones derided the American ways . The speeches he held in various parts of the country . It was the racism Van Jones demonstrated in his views . America suddenly focused on the fact if the President can choose such people as his advisers , he is potentially a Racist himself and not worthy of the Presidency of the United States .

The American voters that pushed Obama into the lead during the election were- the very young first time voter , the Seniors and the Independents . These voters were scared off by the deficit spending programs Obama is sponsoring. During the campaign candidate Obama promised to eliminate the deficit if elected . Instead , he has tripled the deficit in his first 6 months in office . The American people feel that Health Care, Carb Tax , and all of the rhetoric about " Lets do big things " is just too much . Controlling the deficit , Job creation, and economic recovery were the programs they expect from Obama . Everything else can be looked at after the recovery . Meanwhile the Stimulus program was rushed through Congress . There was no time to read what was voted for . It had to be passe with speed to keep unemployment down . Unemployment went from 8% to 10% . The stimulus program turned out not to be a stimulus program .It is a $780 Billion dollar 9000 earmark payment package for the elitist left wish list . The young can't find jobs , the Seniors worry about losing health care , the independents worry about how their children's ability to cope with the huge deficit in the future .

The political climate which the Obama administration created produced the "TEA PARTIES" , the "TOWN HALLS" , and soon to be the "MARCH ON WASHINGTON" September 12 . The voter dissatisfaction came about because the American nerves have been rubbed raw . The Obama Myth seems to have ended . 2010 will be the beginning of a total repudiation of the Obama leftist elite . Hopefully we will have saved the Country , and we must thank the Cable networks and Talk radio for a job well done .

LETTER TO OBAMA ON VAN JONES AND CZARS

Dear President Obama,

I have written many letterds to you, but I was never favored with a reply. So why am I writing this letter to you now ? It is quite simple. I am the Chairman of the Delray Senior Citizens Political Action Committee, which has just been combined with the Boca Raton Senior Citizens Political Action Committee . At this time we represent over one thousand members and we continue to grow each day . I also have a BLOG which has readers around the country. These letters to you and other politicians are forwarded to all of our members and readers. Based on the subjects , our members and readers know whom to support . We have organized this group due to the political climate you have created .

Having said the above , you asked for the job , and many of us believed that you would bring a new type of politics to Washington . We the people believed that a "CHANGE" was long overdue . During the campaign you promised many things which we agreed with . The mainstream media "brain washed " us for eight (8) years . Independent voters believed that everything the Bush administration stood for was not in the best interest of the American people. I guess eight(8) years of "brain washing" did bring doubt into the minds of the American people . The result is history. You have inherited the White House .

What did we end up with in the nine (9) months of your occupying the oval office ? We got a President that no one knew anything about and has never as much run a Dairy Queen. The main street media has extended you a "Honeymoon" and to this day never investigated any one in your administration .

1. VAN JONES the green Czar . He is an avowed communist. A member of STORM , a rowdy black nationalist group . A member of Appollo alliance. Van Jones has roots in the political reaction ism and is a supporter of MUMIA ABU-JAMAL who has murdered a Philadelphia Police Officer . MUMIA is a member of the Black Panther Party , Van Jones is trying to get him released from Death Row , and pardoned . Van Jones in a recent speech has stated that the American political system must be changed . He stated that reparations are in order for African Americans from the white community for the years of abuse . Van Jones also stated that White America sprayed toxin on African Americans and immigrants . Jones is one of the designers of the stimulus bill. Acorn, Appoloo and SEIU wrote the Stimulus bill. Last but not least Van Jones is a 9-11 TRUTHER , he signed a petition that the Bush administration destroyed the World Trade Center on 9-11.

2.Valarie Jarrett , is a senior advisor to you. She has complete power in the White House and makes all of the selections for the President. You do not make any movers without her. Valarie Jarrette has hand picked Van Jones and every Czar in the White House . All of the Czars are are all political radicals . It also a fact that Valarie Jarrett is best friends with Michele Obama . Valarie Jarrett is a special advisor to ACORN, SEIU and APPOLLO . Appollo is under investigation for fraud abuse and inaccuracies on voter registration amongst other things. With such a record does Valarie Jarrett belong as the number one advisor to the President with offices in the White House ?

3. Your 20 year membership in Rev. J Wrights church was never properly investigated by the main street media . The Philadelphia speech given by you to explain your relationship with the Rev. Wright was eloquent but not true as it turned out later . You spoke of harmony between the races , but the evidence has shown you to be a "RACIST" because of the people you have picked to associate with and seek advise from.

Reasonable questions for unreasonable times, have not been answered by you and the White House .

Lastly this writer wants to know what happened to the "VETTING System " ? Who approved Van Jones, Valarie Jarrett , and all of the other radical Czars and advisers to you ? The American people are entitled to those answers NOW !! Your Presidency and your administration is being judged by the company you keep. The American people will not tolerate your turning this country into a communistic, or socialistic state . America will remain FREE. We may be poorer because of your spendthrift programs , but that is the result of placing a "NOVICE" into a job that required an expert . We will overcome and be better off for the experience in the future . History will record your failure and the failure of your entire administration and party.

Again, having said the above , you can still salvage your Presidency . Adopt programs that will not increase the deficit. Create programs that will reduce Governmental spending . Stop nationalization of businesses. No more to big to fail. Work on programs that will get America back to work . Don't allow special interests to dominate the use of American natural resources . Drill for oil and gas to regain currency and make America energy independent NOW. Build nuclear reactors . They will create jobs and produce energy . Allow clean coal to be used . Jobs and energy will be the benefactors . Work on tax advantages to regain industries we send abroad . America can no longer afford to export jobs . Accept the truth from the world scientists that global warming is not real . The Carbon Tax must never happen . HEALTH CARE FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS must not become law . Protect the borders. Move away from Nationalizing health care with a single payer option. Fix health care without destroying what works . 85% of America is satisfied with their program . Do not allow Unions to dominate American businesses with "CARD CHECK". Help small business . They create most jobs . America must begin to see it's leaders turn to programs that make sense . Rewarding the people that create is what made America great . AMERICA NEEDS A REAL CHANGE NOW

September has arrived , and the Congressmen and Senators are coming back from their meetings with their constituents . There are quite a few congressmen and Senators that refused to meet with the people that sent them to Washington. In my district in Delray Beach Florida District 22 , Congressman RON KLEIN promised to have telephone conferences instead of TOWN HALL MEETINGS . As it turns out he had neither , or he forgot to call most of his constituents . We will make sure that such an unresponsive politician will have made his last mistake . Under the best of circumstances a telephone conference is of little value, but to not even go there is outrageous . RON KLEIN will soon be the former Congressman from the 22 nd district .

Having said the above, the way the Town Halls were viewed by the Democrats around the country showed the arrogance of the politicians now in power . It has been too long that the incumbents never had to worry about their re-election . The American people have been very lax ed in their attitude toward their elected officials . But things have changed . America just woke up to the fact that a new untested leader who looked good during the campaign trail to some , has been proven to be a MONSTER . Those that did not vote for the OBAMA with his "Change " and "Yes We Can " have suddenly realized that their worst fears have come true . OBAMA is working diligently to turn America into a Marxist dictatorship or close to it .

After the election returns placed OBAMA into the White House , this writer felt that Obama is now our President , and we have to give him a chance . I hoped that he would govern from the middle since the country was in a desperate state . I wanted him to succeed . Such a consensus was uttered by many of the voters that chose not to vote for a candidate that no one really knew anything about, and has never run as much as a Dairy Queen . All of his associates and alliances were with real radicals , and he seemed unsettling if not downright scary . The mainstream media never reported any of these facts , and if any one tried to make that point he was declared a RACIST. Even Senator McCain stayed away from such comparison and never allowed his campaign people and speechwriter to make mention of such associations . The Obama campaign was able to control the McCain campaign with the main stream medias support .

This outcry for "CHANGE " was really a repudiation of the Bush administration. The democrats and the CLINTON'S brain washed the country with Bush bashing for eight years . The democrats kept up to their battle cry of Bush stealing the election from Al Gore . Everything was to be blamed on Bush . The electorate forgot about the fact that the Congress had been in Democratic hands since 2006 . The liberal democrats with their new Speaker Pelosi started to move the country to the extreme left in 2006 .

Obama started with a huge public support . The polls gave him an approval rating in the 70's just 6 month ago . Obama and his administration felt that they have been given a mandate to "CHANGE" America , and they got to work on the changes as quickly as possible .

1. The Huge Stimulus package with so many pages and amendments at the last minute that no one had the time or the ability to read it . It was almost 800 Billion dollars which we did not have . The bill contained 9000 earmarks . It was not a stimulus bill , but a wish list for the liberal left and the labor unions . It produced no jobs , but unemployment went up to 10% and is still rising . The bill was written by the SEIU and ACORN .

2. Cap and Trade , another huge spending bill that will not produce jobs , but will increase energy cost to every American home .The cost will be approximately $3400.00 every year for every American family for taxes and electric as well as gas at the pumps . This bill was rushed through without any one reading the humongous pages . The bill was written by the SEIU and ACORN. The Senate has not passed this legislation .

3. Health Care reform . 1017 pages . It encompasses reduced health care to the Seniors , the very sick , and will cost according to the CBO over 1 1/2 Trillion dollars . Obama claims he wants to cover 47 million people , but since part of the bill will reduce care to millions of the elderly and the very ill , there may be more than 47 million that will loose coverage . America will spend more and get less coverage . How does that make sense ? The bill will not create jobs .

All of the above will create huge deficits and hurt the economy . We have also heard that Obama wants to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force stronger than our military for use inside our borders ? What do we need that for . Only dictators have such civilian defense forces which later on become GESTAPO'S or something like it .

The Town Hall meetings and the Tea Parties , all were laughed at and downgraded by the administration . The Pelosi's and the Reid's and the Barney Frank's degraded the American peoples efforts to speak their minds . The outcry of the people is to slow up , stop spending , stop taking our liberties from us , and stop being intrusive into our lives. The true message is , WE WILL NOT ALLOW OBAMA TO DESTROY THE "AMERICAN DREAM " .

The polls tell the story very well . OBAMA has a 42% approval rating after only 6 month in office , that is a drop of 36% and the drop continues . Congress has even a worse showing . The American people are on the march . We hear WE CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE . 2010 is just around the corner . The politicians have to start listening to the people not to OBAMA with his civilian army and his Czars. There are now 42 Czars and the list is growing . The Czars only report to OBAMA . They have tremendous power and do not have to report to Congress . No one knows what they are planning . The creation of the Czars is in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution . OBAMA through his exclusive use of his Czars is doing away with the separation of power as prescribed in the Constitution and written by our Forefathers .

We the American people will have to stop the above referred to abuses by the Obama administration . Our elected officials must protect the Constitution . Congressmen and Senators take an oath to protect the Constitution above all . We made a terrible mistake electing the wrong people at the wrong time ! Now it is up to the American people to regain their Freedoms , and that requires for us to ride the likes of OBAMA , Pelosi , Waxman , Barney Frank, Reid , Hoyer just to mention a few right out of town . If we don't complete this job in 2010 we will sees America fall just like the ROMAN EMPIRE . YES IT CAN HAPPEN HERE .

It was pretty simple , the candidate must be natural born and be at least 35 years of age .

However, one girl in the class immediately started in how unfair was the requirement to be a natural born citizen . in short , her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable individuals from becoming president.

The class was taking it in and letting her rant, but everyone's jaw hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by stating , what makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this country than one born by C-section/

Yep, these are the same 18-year-old's that just elected the new President of the United States . Now you know why.

TED KENNEDY-THE "REAL" MAN...

Kennedy the real man has died personally I feel very sorry for the family and extend my most sincere condolences for their loss.

Having said the above , I must make some comments as an American who has been subjected to the Kennedy legislating agenda for the last forty years (40) . As always the main stream media is attempting to "canonize" the man. I am not a liberal, or progressive . I am a conservative . Having declared myself I will project my views as a political observer. The liberal media is presenting Kennedy as a "Great American ", and to the liberals and the progressives that is how they must remember him. But there are two sides to every coin. I have made it my responsibility to present the other side of the Kennedy mystique. At the end of the day it is the reader that must make up his mind , and weigh all of the evidence to evaluate the man and his deeds.

Ted Kennedy will go down in history as a controversial figure and part of the American spirit. The latter part of his political career has been somewhat subdued and has been less explosive. During the formative times in his personal life, he has rarely displayed admirable tenancies. Ted Kennedy was not a role model for the youth of America. Having studied the Kennedy history , this is the how "Real Man" conducted himself throughout his lifetime .

To be fair to the liberals and the progressives that have "canonized " Ted Kennedy , I will admit that he know how to make friends and influence the associates that worked with him . Kennedy according to the people that spoke on his behalf during his funeral , stated that he could fight them in the halls of Congress vehemently , and after the fight put his arm around them and be their best friend . He made friends with many of his opposition Senators , and was able to become a deal maker . He is credited to have brought partisanship into the legislative process on several key issues . I again leave it to the reader to decide if that ability allowed the Kennedy liberals to pronounce him "KING of the HILL". As I stated in the above this was one side of the coin , and now for the other side.

1.He was caught cheating at Harvard.He was expelled twice once for cheating on a test,and once for paying a classmate to cheat for him.

2.While expelled,Kennedy enlisted in the Army. Mistakenly signed for up to four years instead of two. His father Joseph P. Kennedy , former U.S. Ambassador to England pulled the necessary strings to have the enlistment shortened to two years , and ensured that he serve in Europe, not in Korea, where the war was raging . Kennedy was assigned to Paris . I mention this because Kennedy charged that President Bush received preferential treatment during his Air force career .

3.While attending law school at the University of Virginia , he was cited for reckless driving four times (4), including once when he was clocked driving 90 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood with his headlights off after dark. His Virginia drivers liscense was never revoked .

5. In 1964 , he was seriously injured in a plane crash and hospitalized for several months. Test results done at the time of his admittance showed him to be legally intoxicated. The results of those tests remained a secret until 1980's when the report was unsealed . The media never mentioned the incident during his campaign for the Senate.

6. On July 19,1969 Kennedy attended a party on Chappaquiddick Island in Massachusetts . At 11:00PM , he borrowed his chauffers's key to his limousine and offered to give a ride home to Mary Jo Kopechne , a campaign worker . Kennedy intoxicated, steered the car off the bridge, flipped, and into the Poucha Pond. He swam to shore and walked back to the party passing sveral houses and a fire stattion. Two friends then returned with him to the scene of the accident . They told him he had to report the accident . It was required by law . Instead Kennedy made his way to the hotel , called his lawyer , and went to sleep . Kennedy called the police the next morning, by then the wreck had already been discovered . The Kennedy family began "calling in favors", ensuring that any inquiry would be contained . Her corpse was whisked out of state before an autopsy could be conducted . Further details are uncertain, but after the accident Kennedy says he repeatedly dove under the water trying to rescue Kopechne and did not call the police because he was in a state of shock. It is widely assumed Kennedy was drunk , and held off calling the police in the hope that his family could fix the problem overnight . He was right. Kennedy pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident , and was given a SUSPENDED SENTENCE OF TWO MONTHS.

7. Kennedy has held his Senate seat for more than forty years , but considering his longevaty , his accomplishments seem scant. He authored or argued for legislation that ensured a variety of civil rights , increased minimum wages in 1981, which helped to create outlandish inflation . Made access to health care easier for the indigent , and is widely held as the "standard-bearer for liberalism" . Kennedy championed progressive liberal causes and created and championed Union strenghth in the United States . Many onerous labor laws were championed by Kennedy . It is a fact that many U.S. companies were forced to seek for off shore locations for their manufacturing due to unreasonable Union rules supported by Kennedy . It was Kennedy's attacks on vital American companies that helped export American jobs out of the country. Kennedy's first Senate roll was the floor manager for the bill that turned U>S> immigration policy upside down and opened the floodgates for immigration from the third world countries .

8. Since that time , he has been the prime instigator and author of every expansion of an increase in immigration up to and including the pious grilling he gave the last two Supreme Court nominees , as if he was the standard bearer for the nation in matters of what is right .

9. He is known around Washington as a public drunk, loud boisterous , and very disrespectful to ladies. For better or worse he is known as a womanizer . Let's not allow the spin doctors make a hero out of this man during his mourning period. Most Americans would not receive any accolades with his record .

The facts are that Ted Kennedy comes from a very famous family that had some tragic moments in their history . Jack Kennedy and Robert Kennedy had accomplishments that can be admired . But Ted Kennedy has squandered a lot of the political capital that had been build up by his brothers. It could be stated that Ted Kennedy was the "BLACK SHEEP" of the family . This write admires Ted Kennedy's valiant fight against brain cancer , and his his entire conduct throughout his ordeal was carried out with dignity . But that was not the main thrust of the Ted Kennedy's legacy . Ted Kennedy was a longtime legislator but far from a responsible Senator or Pearson .

I am a member of the Delray Beach Senior Citizens Political Action Committee. I have written several letters to you recently at the request of our group. We are very concerned with you Health Care Bill proposal. Our fears are with the costs of such a legislation to the tax payer, as well as the reduced health care provisions that are being planned especially for seniors. Rationing of any kind for any group is not tolerable.

President Obama, in one of your recent statements you claim that the Bill must be passed because 47 million Americans are not insured. After reading the bill, our committee finds that the Bill as submitted denies Health Care by rationing care to Seniors , the very sick and others. Pg.85 85line 7 the Government will ration our care. Pg.239line13-24 the Government will reduce physicians services for Medicaid Seniors low income people will suffer. Pg.280 sect 1151 The government will penalize Hospitals for what the Govt. deems preventable readmission. Pg.429lines1-9 advanced care consultants will be used frequently as patients health deteriorates.

All of the above denies medical attention to millions now receiving care. The CBO has stated that the cost of this plan will be over 2 Trillion dollars and perhaps more. The American people will pay more and get less, HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. The so called 47 million are comprised of the following. 12 million illegals, not entitled to tax payer money. 20 million that are between the ages of 16-29 not interested in insurance, The unemployed that are between jobs,but will be receiving insurance as their jobs are reinstated. 47 million is a fake number used by the administration to confuse the American people . It is just another talking point .

The bill is also very intrusive into the private lives of all Americans . BIG BROTHER has come to AMERICA ! Our freedom is being attacked ! We do not want our medical, financial, or any private records be given to anyone other than our doctor , or those we choose.

No Government interference. The American people are against this gruesome legislation. Your Presidency i has fallen out of favor with the American people. Pelosu is below a 23% approval rating . Mr. President YOUR HONEYMOON IS OVER!

President Obama , your electorate in the US is comprised of seniors. We do not want you to support the legislation in its present form. It is a SENIOR DEATH SENTENCE. The health care program we have is the best in the world . Mr. President you have mis stated it so you can grab control . People from all over the world come to the US to save their lives . We seniors will not accept any reduction or rationing of any kind . If the present program is not perfect, improve it. Never change it . Never let the government run it . The government has never run a successful program. We cannot allow the government to ration health care , and give the savings to illegal aliens that have never contributed to our tax rolls. We seniors have paid our share in the past. Many of us are veterans of many wars . Wee are entitled to have a healthy and long life in our golden years .

Our message to you is quite simple. Support our program, or your party will be history in 2010, and you you will be in 2012 . The American people reject your grab for power, and your disregard for fiscal prudence. We reject SOCIALISM .

The polls tell the story. The Tea Parties are moving America back to 1776. America is on the move. We the people , no longer have patience to deal with incumbents that do not do the peoples work . Lastly, if you think that the Health Care Bill you sponsored is best for America , how come that the Congressional members and their staff reject it for themselves. All Americans must have only one plan . We demand that if our Representatives including yourself vote for the plan , then the present plan for Congress must be dissolved . We the people will not tolerate special plans for special people . Fairness and a level playing field must be observed for all Americans , especially our leaders!! DURING THE CAMPAIGN YOU MADE THAT PROMISE.

LETTER TO NANCY PELOSI

This letter was written to Nancy Pelosi March 23,2009 . It is interesting that the letter is still on target . It is an example that the extreme left just does not take the American people seriously . Ignoring the electorate will not be a winner at the end of the day .

Madam Speaker,

I have been a registered Republican. However , I voted for President Obama and the Democratic slate. I believed in "CHANGE" that your party and Obama campaigned for .

The President has just been in office for three(3) month's, but the results have been catastrophic. The market has tanked since the election, and has deteriorated to a greater extent since OBAMA took office. The "CHANGE" that I , and all Americans , had anticipated has not materialized . My life savings and the 401K's of every working American has been reduced by 50% since the Obama administration has been in power.

President Obama took office during a very critical time in our country. He asked for the job, and we hired him. Conservative , and Moderate political voters , such as I, believed that Obama would be his own pearson . It was our belief that the President elect would govern from the CENTER. Ar no time did we contemplate that the elitists left of the Democratic party would control, and then make the President into a "POSTER BOY".

No one in the electorate gave the President elect or his party a mandate to change our form of government to SOCIALISM. We were promised by the campaign that Obama would embrace Partisanship. It is a fact that there was no partisanship present in the writing of the Stimulus Bill. Madam Speaker , you and your elite party members , wrote the bill with your staffs. It was Senator Dodd, with the full knowledge of Secretary Geither that included the AGI bonus program by name and date. The bonus payments afterwards became an embarrassment for the Administration. Senator Dodd, and Secretary Geither, should have told the truth regarding their involvement. At the end of the day the truth did surface and the American people lost their respect and faith in both men. The result of the cavalier untruth's have brought the campaign promises of transparency and accountability in the Administration to a halt.

Having said the above , the party decided to go back to governing by poll results. To take part in the public outcry , you Madam Speaker sponsored , (to repudiate and punish the bonus recipients, ) that the act is unconstitutional. That is not the law , and it is a totally irresponsible statement .

All Americans demand that their Congressional representatives obey and follow the rules of law . To do otherwise is to foster anarchy. In a recent speech from your podium you vilified the performance of a law enforcement agency in performance of their duties ,. Your statement that it is UN American to arrest illegal aliens is shocking . As a member of Congress , you are duty bound to uphold the law of the land . All members of Congress took their oath of office and agreed to protect and defend the Constitution. The President or the Speaker of the House does not have the power to decide which laws they want enforced, and which laws they can omit. Only A "DICTATOR" can make such selections.

It is now apparent that you find it expedient to punish people that have agreed to a legally binding employment contract. Which American workers do you think are entitled to their contractual arrangements ? Must one be a UNION member to be granted such a privilege ?
Madam Speaker your sense of judgement is floured . , and here are the reasons. Senator Dodd received an illegal special mortgage from COUNTRY WIDE for his home, he was never brought to justice . Congressman Rangel has not paid his full share of taxes and you never brought him to justice during your watch. However , to take advantage of poll results, you acted with great speed to punish , and place restrictions on the Banking industry . You and your staff never even checked the consequences of such a program . Question ? Will any wall street expert work for the government during this crisis ? Not if contracts can be repudiated at any time by Congress . Is this a Smooth-Hawley comparison? Who will get us out of this mess.?

Chant the slogan of "CHANGE"! What has the Obama "Change " brought us up to now ? Debt on top of Debt . New programs that we cannot afford . An unsustainable deficit which by CBO standard's cannot be absorbed . The President is showing signs of his inexperience . It is almost a certainty that gone unchecked this nation is sliding into a major depression. We will lose the American Dream.

The good news is that 2010 is just around the corner . The new "CHANGE SLOGAN " will be to go back to the American Dream . No welfare. Reward hard work . A fair tax policy, reward those that work hard, and keep their rewards for reinvestment into the future . We will discard the Al Gore climate change policies. Our energy policy will be built on reality of availability in the present, not dreams of what might be in the future . We will not tax the American people with carp taxes ($3400.00 per family per year). We will drill for oil and reclaim our natural resources. Our energy independence will force our enemies to scramble to sustain their economies on low cost oil . Suicide bombers will no longer be affordable, and the world will recover from terrorism. Drilling for oil and building nuclear plants will create jobs . High paying jobs will allow us time and resources to discover alternate energy sources for the future . Once we are back on the road to recovery we will be able to rebuilt the manufacturing base in this country which we lost do to the exhortation demands from labor unions.

Described above is America . Real "CHANGE" will come in2010 . Madam Speaker you can be part of this change "NOW" if you follow the will of the American people. Do you have the the ability , leadership , and courage to be part of this new vision ? I would appreciate a reply.

Senator Nelson,

I am in receipt of your response of July 2,2009 regarding my e-mail on the cap and trade legislation, and I thank you .

Having said the above, I was surprised by your response. The American people are perplexed that the house voted for the biggest U.S. Tax increase in it's history. In your above referred to correspondence , you state "let the market not the government dictate how to lower harmful emissions". The facts demonstrate that the entire bill is a grab for power by the government . The government will even tell us what each home owner must do before he can sell his house . The government will be totally intrusive in our way of life. It is a fact that none of the Congressmen ever read the bill and know the details. How could Congressmen do this to their constituents. Senator, did you read the entire legislation?

Global warming does not threaten Florida's ecosystem or it's tourism industry . According to all of the scientist (30000) there is no evidence of global warming. Al Gore is the only one that claims such a fantasy exists . The facts are that the earth is in a cooling cycle. Even the Green people no longer talk of global warming, now it's climate change. Man made greenhouse gases are not harming the atmosphere . However even if there was such a danger , how could we do anything without China and India becoming partners. For that reason President Bush refused to sign the Kyoto treaty. America alone cannot sacrifice it's economy , if the biggest polluters are allowed to pollute. The developing nations will have a tremendous economic advantage if we pas the Obama, Pelosi and Waxman bill.

Energy independence will not be served by the Cap and Trade Bill. If you are concerned about the American energy independence ,and our national security, you should support Nuclear development and drilling oil. Building Nuclear reactors, and exploration of our natural resources will keep the American Dream alive, and create jobs.

The Obama administration is losing its luster at a rapid pace. 2010 is just around the corner . The Constitution is making it's come back . 2010 is going to be 1776 all over again. Americans say " WE CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE" !! No more unsustainable debt. No more bowing to Saudi Kings. No more making excuses for American behavior ,and emboldening our enemies . Job creation stimulus bills must create jobs, not 9000 earmarks. No nationalization of businesses . No more to big to fail. No more creating Czars not responsible to the people. The economy must be the number one concern for Congress, and the "TEA PARTIES" are going to get the message across to all of the American people .

INCUMBENTS ARE NOT BEST FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

Before Congress voted on the " The American Clean Energy and Security Act " H.R. 2998 , this writer contacted Ron Klein our Congressman from our district . Ron Klein was advised NOT TO VOTE for the legislation. Ron Klein received information and valid reasoning why he should withhold his vote. There were 300 extra pages added to the Bill the night before the vote took place . Ron Klein never read the Bill . I would venture to say that few if any that voted for the legislation read the bill . To be fair , the leadership never gave the opportunity to have anyone read the Bill . This is the "CHANGE" the Obama administration brought to Washington . I remember the promise made by Candidate Obama "There will be 48 hours given before any Bill can be voted on " .

H.R. 2998 represents a huge Tax on the American people ($3400.00 per citizen per year for starters ) . The Bill if it becomes Law , will increase the cost of all energy used in the country .

There will be the cost which will be seen on the electric bills submitted each month . There will be the cost increases seen at the gas pump . There will be increases that are added to thousands of products and services , by industries all over America due to higher energy costs .

Since countries such as China , India , Mexico as well as many emerging economies around the world will not go along with Cap and Trade our economy will be negatively impacted . Jobs will be lost in the U.S. . It is a fact that Cap and Trade is a full employment program for our competitors around the globe. Most importantly the so called pollution and global warming cannot improve unless every country in the world participates . It is also a fact that there is no global warming according to 30,000 scientist .

So what is Cap and Trade all about ! It is a power grab by the Obama administration in their quest of redistributing the " Wealth of America " . The method is to push legislation through before the peoples representatives can examine the legislation , and not allow any debate on the issue. To do this they intimidate the Congressmen and bribe them if necessary to do their bidding.

America must organize against attempts to steal our country from the people . The Obama style of politics of taking advantage of a crisis must be stopped . Our country needs stimulus to create and save jobs . Higher taxes of any kind will prolong our agony and perhaps push us into a wider recession or a depression. Losing jobs by pushing them overseas cannot help our economy .

Lastly , we must get rid of the politicians that respond to the leftist leadership in congress instead of responding to the needs of the American people . The town hall meetings and the e-mails and letters and demonstrations are starting to do their job . America is waking up 2010 is around the corner .We must make sure to rid ourselves of the people that are in congress that help themselves , instead of doing the job they were hired to do by the electorate .

THE DEADLY TRUTH OF OBAMA'S HEALTH CARE PLAN

President Obama during his TV special on the Health Care Plan the other night said "maybe your mother won't be able to have that surgery she needs and will be treated with pain medication instead". Candidate Obama promised "CHANGE" on the campaign trail , but he never revealed until now that "CHANGE" means "DEATH " for millions of Americans.

This statement comes directly from the President of the United States . Nancy Pelosie cannot blame any group for making this statement . This statement by an American President should be classified as UN AMERICAN.

The question in my mind is how can anyone know what is in a bill that has 1017 pages ! Legislation that is so cumbersome needs time to be digested by the people that are going to vote on it . NO TIME TABLE MUST BE ATTACHED to the most important legislation in the history of this country . Having said that , I ask myself who are the writers , and what are their backgrounds . I also wonder how can such legislation be implemented ?

Part of the answer is that the legislation was produced by elitists and a select few in the House and in the Senate . It is not a bi-partison bill. The Conservative members of the Democratic party were not invited to participate . The "BLUE DOGS" were left out . Again Candidate Obama promised "Transparency " in government as part of his "CHANGE". During my research of the legislation I discovered that the Senate version of the " stimulus" bill includes provisions for extensive "rationing of health care for senior citizens ". The author of this part of the bill, former Senator and tax evader TOM DASCHLE. He was one of the main authors . Daschle made the following statement during an interview with Bloomberg : "Daschle says health-car reform will not be pain free". "Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them "! If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN HAVE THEIR OWN HEALTH CARE PLAN. They are not subject to what Americans will have to live with .

Obama campaigned on "Transparency, Change, Level playing field " during his quest for the American Presidency . Now as President he must implement these slogans into reality. Obama must dissolve the special Health Care plan that the Senators and Congressmen and their staffs enjoy . All Americans must belong to the New health care plan, when it becomes Law .The American people must continue to demonstrate and object to the administrations costly and major overhauls that we are being subjected to . A Health Care Plan that will cost the American Tax payer in excess of 2 Trillion dollars and give us less care for more money is outrageous and borders on insanity . The Plan must be scrapped and started from scratch . The American people now enjoy the best health care of anyone in the world . People from all over the world come to the US to get their treatment when their lives are threatened . We don't need a new Health Care Plan , we need to overhauls the plan we have . We must change the tort portion of the legislation .Our Hospitals and doctors should not be subjected to costly insurance premiums to defend malpractice claims which are outlandish . Liberal consumerism has made Health Care too costly in the past , and creates cautious testing not needed for health care but for malpractice care .

The Tea Parties , and the responses of the town hall meetings are proof that America is on the move . Obama is dropping in the polls, the administration is on the defensive . 2010 is around the corner and the American people will see to it that the architects of "Change " in the Obama regime will be the recipients of the "Change " to come. We will reclaim our country , but it will require for all of us to stay stead fast in repudiating the leftist in the administration . The Pelosi "s , the Waxmans, the Reids , the Barney Franks will have to go quietly and soon so that the American Dream can flourish again .

OBAMA'S RELATIONSHIP TO ISRAEL

Since President OBAMA came to office on January 20 and then Prime Minister Netanyahu on March 31 , the main motif in the relationship between the two governments has been friction. It must be noted that 80% of the Jewish Community voted for Obama. No previous administration ever started off with as many difficulties relating to Israel as Obama. Obama made a trip to the mid east to give a speech in Egypt. Obama never visited Israel , but he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia . In his speech he attacked Israel over the growth of West Bank settlements. Surely he knows that settlements are not the crux of the problem . The absolute refusal of the PALESTINIANS to ACCEPT Israel's right to exist as a Jewish State is the problem . Obama sees the world and Israel from a Muslim pespective . In doing so he reveals more about his thinking than he intends. The dramatic policy reversal of joining the unrelentingly anti-Semetic , anti-Israel and pro-Islamic UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL is keeping with the President's truest-albeit undeclared-sensibilities.
Iran is a mojor security issue facing Israel. It is an extremist seeking nuclear weapons and stating openly that ISRAEL should be wiped off the map. Israel believes a military option has to be on the table if diplomacy and sanctions are to have a chance. The Obama administration, on the other hand, talks of outstreched hands. Hillary said " we understand the importance of offering to engage Iran..direct talks provide the best vehicle... We remain ready to engage with Iran" . Based on the Clinton statement the Israeli polls show that only 6% called Obama pro Israel, when 88% had seen President Bush that way . To the Israelis this seems unrealistic, dangerous , even naive. US Officials see an Israeli attack on Iran as a nightmare that would upset Obamas outreach to the Muslim world.
Those that are paying attention to these issues do not find it unreasonable to consider that President Obama is influenced by a strain of antisemitism picked up from his Muslim associates and his long mentorship under Jeremiah Wright. If this conclusion is accurate , Israel has some dark days ahead. For the first time in her history , she may find the President of the United States siding with her enemies. Israel must be protected. We all have to do our best, to be ready for the fight. Our Congressmen and our Senators must stand up aginst the administration. We must not allow the United States to turn her back on the most loyal and dependable ally in the mid east . Israel is the only DEMOCRACY that exsists in that part of the world , and the US did not have to spend any money or American blood to establish such a government . To loose it would be irresponsible, irreversible and create a HOLOCAUST of eneormous proportions all over the world

CANCEL MY AARP MEMBERSHIP

This writer never thought that he would have to write a letter asking for a refund of my AARP dues. I believed in AARP. I always thought that AARP'S mission was to protect the retired and the older population of America. I am also a member of the Delray Beach Senior Citizens Political Action Committee. All of our members are members of AARP, but that is going to change. Our organization has voted that AARP must reverse their support of the OBAMA Health Care Plan as submitted to the House of Representatives . The membership of AARP has never voted or givem permission to AARP to support a program that is for rationing health care for Seniors.
Having said the above, our committee has taken the time to examin the Health Care Bill . We are not sure if AARP has taken the time to examin the legislation they have approved. The writers of the Bill are totally out of step with the American people. The town hall meetings are proving that the American people are not in favor of the legislation. HOW COULD AARP SUPPOT SUCH A LEGISLATIVE NIGHTMARE ?
The DRBSCPAC finds that the submitted bill denies health care by rationing care to Seniors,the very sick and others. Pg 85 line 7 the Government will ration our care. Pg 239 line 13-24 the Govt. will reduce physicians services for Medicaid, Seniors and low income people wil suffer. Pg280 Sec.1151 The Govt. will penalize Hospitals foe what the Govt. deems preventable readmission. Pg 429 lines 1-9 advanced care consultants will be used frequently as patients health deteriorates. Such actions by the Govt. are intrusive to the privacy of all Americans. This Senior and many of our members fought in several wars to protect our freedom from such "DICTATORIAL EDICTS". Are we going to submit to HITLER tactics in 2009?
All of the above denies medical attention to millions, more than the 47 million Obama claims to be concerned about. The CBO has stated that the cost of the plan will be over 2 Trillion dollars and perhaps more. The American people will pay more and get less, HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. The so called 47 million are comprised of the following . 12 Million illegals, not entitled to tax payers money. 20 Million that are between the ages of 16 to 29 not interested in paying for insurance . The unemployed between jobs , but will be receiving help during their ordeal. The 47 Million is a fake number used by the administration to confuse the American people. OBAMA wants to control the health care of all Americans and grab power never given to any American President. Obama wants to deceide who will live and who must die in America . Only God has thatpower , and Obama is not GOD. If one reads the Bill carefully it will become clear that "BIG BROTHER " has arrived in the USA.
The GOVERNMENT has never run a successful program . This is an example of their previous tries. The US POST OFFICE, AMTRAK, MEDICAID, SOCIAL SECURITY, THE CLUNKER PROGRAM of late, all failures . Based on the record how can anyone suggest that we allow the biggest program of all to fall into the hands of the government. If OBAMAS Health Care Plan is best for America , how come that the Congressional members and their staffs reject it for themselves ?
The American people are in open revolt against OBAMA and the administration , the Health Care legislation is the final straw . Cancidate Obama promised "CHANGE". President Obama brought us CHAOS . It is the Seniors fundemental right to receive Health Care that is needed in their golden years, without any rationing of any kind.
